Payment is in US dollars ($).

Payment is through PayPal invoice.

Payment is due up front for commissions under $100. For those over $100 I am willing to accept half up front, and the other half upon completion. I will accept payment plans for commissions over $200.

Should you need to cancel your commission, I will refund you based upon the amount of work completed.

Note: I require a visual reference for character commissions, and it must have all the necessary information (I need a fullbody ref for a fullbody drawing, I need a colored ref for a colored image, etc.). You may include written descriptions, but you must have a visual ref.

I am flexible about what I consider a ref. You do not need a character reference sheet, you just need some form of artwork for a character. This can be official artwork for canon characters, fanart by another artist, a character you created with HeroForge, a colored deviantart base, etc. I also accept photography especially for clothing/costumes, and stick-figures for poses.

You send me your references and idea, and I will give you a quote. Let me know if you’re on a budget, and I will try to meet it as best I can. Once we’ve hammered out the details, I will request payment.

After receiving payment, I will make a simple posing/composition sketch. You may request major revisions at this stage (ie: your character is standing but you want them sitting down).

Once approved I will make a basic sketch. You may request any additional revisions.

I will then refine the sketch. You may request small edits (jewelry, scars, etc), but I will charge for major edits. After this stage, sketch commissions are considered complete.

If I am lining or coloring I will only allow minor edits (ie: changing eye color). Any other edits will incur a fee.

Note: I will not be mad at you for requesting a lot of edits at the appropriate stages. I want you to be happy with your commission. I will also warn you before edits start incurring fees. I also will not charge you for my own mistakes. Anatomical errors will be corrected free of charge. I will also correct any details I missed from a reference or description for free.

Once complete you will receive a full-resolution png of your piece that you can post anywhere you wish. You can also request the layered psd file, but you may not post it publicly without permission.

I reserve the right to post any commission to my page. you may request to be anonymous when I post your commission.

You may edit/modify my work for personal use, but you can not make any edits/modifications for profit, or resell the commission to a third party without my consent. Please ask me first before you commission another artist to edit my work.

You may color/shade a sketch/lineart commission if you wish, just let me know ahead of time. I’ll do my best to make the piece more color-friendly (organized layers, version without graytones/accents, etc.). However, please ask me before you commission another artist to color it for you.

You may not remove my signature or otherwise claim my work as your own.

Occasionally I may feel the need to add a watermark to the public file, such as with fandom work. Please only post the watermarked version if I choose to do so (I would communicate this ahead of time).

Please credit me as the artist if you post your commission publicly.

You may not use my art for ai training. You may not use my art for NFTS or any other form of cryptocurrency.
